The vines have started to wake, albeit slowly.
A cool start to Spring has resulted in the buds happily staying cool and snug. But finally the buds have began to open with budburst occurring over the past week.
This is an exciting time for us, as we anxiously wait to see how the grapes will develop over the coming months. Hopefully our new fencing and clearing over winter has alleviated the wallaby destruction of the past, resulting in a bumper crop. We will see......
